We offer three consultation packages:

Executive Team Package:
This package includes up to 20 weeks of leadership development consultation in which our Lead Team Consultant will work directly with your entire team to improve productivity, cohesion, communication, and leadership capabilities. The cost of this package is $5,000.00.

CEO Package:
Our Executive Consultant will work directly with the Executive to improve overall leadership skills, manage the psychological demands of leadership, improve decision-making processes and communication, and perform at peak levels consistently. This package is $5,000.00 and includes up to 20 weeks of consultation.

Corporate Package:
We offer a two-tiered executive leadership coaching package. The first tier involves our Lead Team Coach working directly with your team to improve productivity, cohesion, communication, and leadership capabilities. The second tier involves our Lead Executive Coach working directly with the Executive to improve overall leadership skills, manage the psychological demands of leadership, improve decision-making processes, and perform at peak levels consistently. This package is $8,900.00 and includes up to 20 weeks of coaching.
