We had our wedding here August 2019. There was a switch in management so for the last year and a half i was working with Jesse. Tara did her very best to catch up to my 100 emails with Jesse and the day turned out beautiful. We made plan Bs regarding the weather and the chef made our traditional filipino pig and that was all everyone raved about! The bartending staff were patient with our drunk guests and i had so much fun that day/ night. Thank you for making this an event to remember! Would definitely do another event here.

Just played here today. I am from BC, which is full of nice courses, and was afraid I wouldn't be able to find a similar experience after moving to Edmonton. The Quarry is top notch. The conditions were near perfect (better than many places I would play back home). It was a little slow, but I was a single and it was a holiday so that's pretty standard. I was unsure about the idea of a 27 hole course, but if anything, I think I will want to go back and play the 9 I didn't get to play today! Staff was friendly, GPS on the carts was accurate, practice facility was clean and well kept, course was challenging but fair, with consistent but difficult greens. Will definitely be back soon.

Big hall for events. There was excellent space to flow between dinner tables, 2 long rows of silent auction tables, bar area, separate area for selling tickets and a buffet area. The coach check area is right when you walk in and out of sight from most of the space, so it doesn't take away from the event when people need to leave before things are over. There's a stage at the far end which worked well for that evening. Music carried well from there. Stage was high enough to allow us to see the family of the night being introduced without difficulty. It was even big enough for 5 dancers. Pretty awesome of the community league to host this fundraiser and so happy to hear they met the goal of the night! Food was catered, so I'm not sure what the kitchen situation is like but nice to know one can work with outside caters if you do use this hall. Parking lot was a decent size and it was easy for me to access the hall entrance.

Due to Covid we switched our reception location three months prior to our wedding date to accommodate an outdoor reception. We booked with the Cornerstone using their weekend package. The space is beautiful for for a moderately size tented reception. However, there were some flaws in communication that did throw us curveballs last minute and impact our special day. For us there were a few discrepancies between what we were told in person while looking at the venue vs what was said later on. The contract we were given did not reflect the information we were told by the owners and in fact did not even state anything about the time we needed to be off the property the night of our wedding. When we first did a walk through of the venue we asked what time we had to be out of the venue and we were told “the music had to be turned down at midnight”. About 2 weeks before our wedding we were then told we had to turn down the music by 11pm and had to be out of the venue by midnight because they had to close the gates at 1am. We were extremely disappointed in hearing this and there was nothing of the sort written in the contract. We were able to negotiate a bit of a later end time (1245, but gates still closed at 1am). None of our guests were ready to leave at 1245 and we even had a few people offer to pay more so that we could stay later but they wouldn’t allow it. We can understand and appreciate every venues rules but had this been communicated properly to us from the beginning, we very well may have decided to book somewhere that allowed us to extend our special evening a bit more. The owner is very kind but again, lack of communication with us lead to the grass being watered right before the rental company came to install our tent and made it very difficult for them to set up. In the end our wedding was still beautiful but it was very stressful communicating with the owner and we felt there were a lot of unexpected and unnecessary surprises that could have been avoided. With it being a newer wedding venue it may be that they need to get a few things ironed out but it wasn’t an entirely smooth process for us.
