Look this beauty business is cut throat ! Competition is fierce. Don't let me wait for 15 mins for my appointment I think the owner is young & new Not enough experience to tell her employees that clients comes first before business order meeting/ chitchat. Beauty salons in Europe will greet you from door to finish.. I went for my simple eyebrow shape / trim ( 10 mins ) and the aesthetician ( Meg ) was attentive & very professional.
