She was very responsive, and made herself available to answer any questions. She was also very flexible throughout the entire process as we made changes to décor ideas and requests. Her pricing is very reasonable and her bubbly personality is infectious! If she did not have a décor item that we were interested in, she went out and sourced it to ensure we got everything we wanted and envisioned. She was even able to include peonies in my bouquet even though that flower was out of season. She had told me from the beginning that she would do her best to get them for me but could not guarantee it, and I was pleasantly surprised to have peonies in my beautiful bouquet on my wedding day! Her services on the day of our wedding were all on time and done smoothly. It was very nice to work with a one-stop-shop for florals, signage, and décor who we trusted and could rely on. It made the planning process a whole lot easier and helped to ensure that everything matched the theme and went well together.
