Joanne, the owner of Willem and Jools, is an incredible florist. She did the flowers for my wedding and they looked absolutely beautiful. My husband and I have also bought flowers from Willem and Jools over the years and she always make everything look perfect. I don't know how she does it. She was a pleasure to work with for our wedding. I trusted from the very beginning that she would make sure everything ran smoothly. I didn't have to worry about anything working with her. She was transparent and reasonable about costs as well, which I definitely appreciated. She also has a lovely spirit about her. I could not recommend a flower shop, whether for a special or just for a nice bouquet for a special occasion, more than Willem & Jools!

The process was exceptionally easy - we just ordered based on a menu online and then told Rachelle what colour scheme and style we wanted, and she took care of the rest. The flowers arrived the day of right on time and were the perfect accents to our wedding. I 100% would recommend Botany to anyone who needs flowers.
