Find a Wedding DJ in Toronto

Ron was Emcee and DJ on our wedding. We felt that the wedding went perfectly and so did all of our guests and even the people of the venue. Their exact comment was "Perfect everything" after the wedding ended. Oh, and we also had dance lessons at his studio prior to the wedding so we danced a Rumba routine that he taught us and it impressed everyone. All the songs were hits with the crowd and everyone was happily dancing. He knows his crowd and what pleases them. As the Emcee, he helped with a lot of little wrinkles that could have become big issues but he took care of all of everything and steered the wedding in the right direction time and again. Whenever we think of our wedding day, we can only think of great memories. Thank you Ron for all your help!

All I can say is Wow! Pete killed it! We hired Pete to DJ an annual huge holiday party we host at my home. The crowd is diverse and ranges from age 20 through 65, so this can be a daunting task of finding music that keeps everyone on the dance floor. We have hosted this party for 7 years now and I have tried a number of other DJs, and while they all have been good, Pete blew them out of the water and I believe my constant search for a DJ for my event is over now that I found him! Let's start with communication. After lots of positive word-of-mouth, I reached out to Pete and he immediately replied to my inquiry about his availability and getting a quote. From there he is extremely reachable, thorough and professional. He had a contract to us in no time outlining all the key aspects. From there Pete arranged phone calls with me to get a complete understanding of the attendees, the theme of the event, the desired vibe of the event etc. His careful planning meant that on the night of the event he knew exactly what the ebb and flow of the event would be, i.e. some quieter welcoming music as guests arrived, got acclimated and wanted to talk...to knowing exactly when the party was ready to drop at which point he cranked up the volume and beat! Ok let's talk equipment...Pete brings everything!! And by the end of his setup our basement looked like an epic night club! His speakers easily filled the house with his tunes and his bass blew the doors off...in fact the sign of any good party was that every single one of our pictures hung on the wall were a little askew by the next morning, because the bass was pumping! Pete also did all his own set up and take down which was very much appreciated. Finally the music! Pete is not some lame, 'press play' on a spotify play list. I hate that! No! Pete mixes and mashes songs, reads the room and builds-up to the next epic song drop that gets the crowd going! He is comfortable with all genres, playing top 40, house, rock, Christmas music and even mashed up some bhangra beats in there. You didn't know what to expect next, but you knew it would be good. Honestly can't say enough good things about Pete. Friendly, professional, and a master at his craft. We have already booked him for next year, so that honestly should say the most about this review!

I can't recommend DJ Ivan enough!! He lit up the dance floor at my wedding ALL NIGHT.. nobody wanted him to leave at 2am! Right from the start he made me feel at ease. He sent me multiple spread sheets to fill out with all of my wedding information so he was updated and knew what to expect. We had a phone call a week before so we could go over any last minute changes and confirm the schedule. He showed up early, making sure that he was prepared and gave himself time to relax before the reception stared. He was very courteous, friendly, and played all of the right music to keep the party going! I've never been to a wedding before where the dance floor was FULL until 2am in the morning. Ivan will be the only DJ we use going forward. Highly highly highly recommend!!!

Working with Mikey was so fun, both before and during the event. We weren't sure if we would have a DJ initially, but I knew of Mikey from the Get It Together days and convinced my fiance to at least consider it. I'm so glad we did! Our initial phone conversation with Mikey was great and confirmed we were all on the same page. He also sent over a spreadsheet for requests, must-plays, and do-not-plays, which helped us feel secure that we would get the music we wanted. Working with Mikey on the day was so easy. He showed up exactly on time, got set up quickly, and was so kind to all our guests and other vendors (and he fit right in with our funky formal dress code!). We wanted a fun, dance-party atmosphere at our reception, and we got exactly that. Mikey is great at feeling the vibe of the crowd and playing music to complement the flow of the event and pull people onto the dance floor. We had an absolutely fantastic time at our party, and DB3 was a huge part of that!

Chad is a very nice and professional DJ and person. It was very easy to work with him as he understood what we were looking for our wedding in terms of music. In the middle of the wedding we have to improve as we needed him for announcements and he did great. We are forever grateful with him.

We first met Brent while he was DJing at a friend’s birthday party and instantly knew he had to be the DJ at our wedding. From start to finish, he was incredibly easy to work with, making the whole process enjoyable and stress-free. He was open to our song suggestions and perfectly combined them with his expertise to create an unforgettable playlist for our big day. Brent hopped on multiple calls with us to go over every detail, ensuring the day ran smoothly from the ceremony to cocktail hour and, of course, the dance party. Thanks to him, our guests were on the dance floor all night!! Months later, we’re still hearing from our guests about how amazing the music was. DJ 6ix0h4 was absolutely fantastic! He was very flexible in accommodating my event, and was quite gracious despite a few minor hiccups on my end. The music selection was wonderful, too, especially given the theme of the event. I look forward to working with him again in the future :)
