Rania is a cake magician. Her cakes are moist and chocolatey ( I ordered chocolate cake). At the same time, they look so beautiful. My daughter was very happy to see her colourful birthday table. I'm not going anywhere else for my futures orders. I wish her good luck.

I needed a few things made for my sisters bridal shower. Georgette listened to what I wanted and she definitely showed it in her baking! The time she spent on the small details really made everything look exquisite. She is a professional at what she does. Her prices are affordable and it portrays in her work. I now found my go-to baker for all my baking needs!

I knew the first time I tried a CakeStar cake that I would use them for my wedding.Last September I booked my wedding cake with CakeStar and of course it was AMAZING.The whole ordering process was a breeze and they were amazing!I just took my top tier out of the freezer to celebrate our 1 year anniversary and the cake was still amazing! It tasted so fresh even after 1 year!Amazing place and people!Highly recommend CakeStar!

I often go to La Cakery and can honestly say the Strawberry Shortcake is INCREDIBLE! I have no idea what would motivate the other commenter to claim that a store-bought cake would be better than a cake that uses fresh cream instead of icing sugar! The price, the quality and service that I receive from La Cakery is and has always been at a very high standard--to even attempt to make a comparison to a super market is totally inaccurate and absurd. My personal recommendation: the Kinder Bueno cake :) ;)

Such an amazing bakery! They made our wedding cake and did such an amazing job. We had the raspberry and lemon flavour, super tasty! The whole process was so stress free and the staff were incredible. Thank you for making our dream cake and being so good to us!

best cupcakes and cakes ever! Kathy made a teenage mutant ninja turtles cake for my husband's 30th birthday last year and it looked and tasted great! Cupcakes are amazing, love all the flavours!!

Whoever does the baking here, they are motherflippin' GODS. My boyfriend brought home a pear muffin and two cookies. The muffin was moist without the denseness that often comes with vegan baked goods, in fact I dare say it was fluffy. Beautiful texture and crumb. The hint of cinnamon married so well with the pear. I could eat like a hundred of these. The cookies were pretty damn good, texture was also great. The first time I came here I ate in, and took home some doughnuts. The chocolate one was satisfactory but pistachio rose water is the undeniable winning combination, and again, perfect doughnut texture. Light, fluffy, delicious. I had had the kimchi portobello burger which sorry to say was pretty bland and safe. The bun was white, pillowy, and flavourless & I can't believe you put kimchi on something and it ends up that flavourless? Needs a lot more umph and flavour if you want to do Korean fusion stuff, friends. Do not sully kimchi like that. The baked goods here more than make up for it though, they're so amazing I don't even care that my burger sucked. Graeme had the special which was a mushroom tourtiere, pretty nice. The servers were cool and the atmosphere is great, lovely location to just hang out. All hail the pear muffin.
