Johnny was thorough and professional as he visited for the estimate. He was honest about the scope of work and at no point did we feel unsure. He and his team were fantastic when the work was done. The site was left clean and tidy and our view has returned! We have passed their name on to family and friends and will absolutely use their service again in the future. I needed two trees removed from my Innisfil property in  June--  one big dead pine and one big Ash with Ash borer infestation. I had never hired Arborist-services before  , so I was new at this  hiring process. So,.after speaking with several ISA certified arborists, I decided to hire Zen Tree care ,  primarily because his estiimates and explanations of work needed were nicely detailed and easy to follow and because of his pleasant and very professional and easy to understand, scientific manner when I first spoke with him on the phone . Archie of Zen tree care is truly professional , in all aspects of his work--- before , during and after the the job at hand .He provides clear and detailed  explanations and detailed cost estimates with different available  options before he started . He does not pressure-sell , rush or urge you to do the job now ASAP , like most the other Arborists I contacted .He removed both trees in a very timely fashion and RESPECTED MY SCHEDULES and PROPERTY at all times . His excellent clean up of brush and wood was prompt and delivered on the promised time and his final price was exactly as estimated ---no surprises . And his prices were very fair and reasonable  !! I would MOST DEFINITELY RECOMMEND Archie to anyone and ,of course will rehire him for any future arborist work I need !
