Interacting with our clients and advising them on their trees. A lot of guys out there are hard workers, but they don't have any real education or interest in the science behind what they're doing. While it is fun to put in a hard day's work, climb a big tree and take it down, the part I like most is answering questions, teaching people about the trees they have, and helping them make an educated decision that fits their needs but also considers what's best for their trees.

For quoting we can only quote stump grinding remotely. While sometimes photos are helpful, we really do need to see the tree in person for an accurate quote, but those are free!

Northshore Tree Experts were incredible to work with from beginning to end. Their office staff replied promptly, were very helpful and extremely pleasant. Johnny was thorough and professional as he visited for the estimate. He was honest about the scope of work and at no point did we feel unsure. He and his team were fantastic when the work was done. The site was left clean and tidy and our view has returned! We have passed their name on to family and friends and will absolutely use their service again in the future.
