William and Cole replaced a large AC unit at our site in the summer of 2024 and restored our cooling system, which was down for a significant period of time. They stayed late to ensure the system worked well for us, did several checks and also completed follow-up checks to ensure the new system ran smoothly. William returned to our site to service, evaluate, and check on all our portable AC units in the suites and offices also that summer. William and Ryan completed more work at our site, replacing three (AC) pumps as part of a preventative maintenance plan. The team came back in Fall 2024 to overhaul our boiler and heating system, which improved the safety of our mechanical room and there were overall improvements with our HVAC and plumbing systems. Most recently they did a hot water tank replacement and replaced shut off valves throughout the site also as part of a preventative maintenance action plan. All of the team has been efficient, good to deal with, and professional. Our site will continue to use their services and will also recommend it to others. William is knowledgeable and ensures he and his team provide a positive experience when you have HVAC and plumbing service needs. I do recommend Accurate Gas and Heating for all your HVAC needs.
