I have always had an entrepreneurial spirit and have had the experience of owning other businesses as well as founding an arts based charity (www.artwithaheart.ca).
I am deeply compassionate about mental health and wellness, about people being able to share their stories in a safe environment, and journey together to help them discover how to live their lives more fully and more authentically.
I offer remote Psychotherapy, telephone therapy, in-person therapy, individual therapy, group therapy, and corporate workshops.
If we are meeting in person I have stringent protocols in place including pre-screens, contact tracing, masks, shields, table top shields, and disinfecting between clients. I also allow for people to change to online sessions if they are symptomatic or have been exposed to COVID.
