Matt's ability to allow me to recognize the patterns that have hindered me for my whole life has been nothing short of awesome. I still fall into old patterns, but he has shown me the possibility of doing things differently, just because I did things a certain way in the past doesnt mean I need to do the same patterns moving forward.
