Hello. My name is Keith Balisky. I am a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#19047). I am happy to work and live in the Okanagan Valley of British Columbia. I value connection as the basis for change and growth in an individual. I believe in taking a strengths based approach to empower each client. The process may look different for each person, but it starts with connecting human-to-human.

I moved with my family from the U.K to Kelowna in 2007. In my 20 years of field experience, I have worked with many individuals and their families under different settings both in the U.K and Canada. My experience includes working in child and adolescent in-patient psychiatric units, adult and youth community, working with mental health teams as a counsellor/therapist and intake worker, youth counsellor and as an eating disorder clinician for youth.

Lois holds a Masters of educational counselling degree from the University of Victoria she is also a somatic experiencing registered practitioner with specialized training in early developmental trauma intergenerational trauma and complex trauma. Lois also counsellors and offers a great deal of support as well as education for those who are needing the support in the counselling field.
