shoreline is by far the worst company you could ever go with. I don't know why I'm surprised by their lack of care for the 100th time. as tenants who pay their rent early and never missed, who take care of the property to a t, they treat you like they couldn't care less. they care about their money and rent and that's all. after fighting with them since we've lived here ( 3 years) they refuse to fix the flooring in our apartment that is damaged beyond. the underlay is showing throughout the unit and they have us taping the cracks and damaged areas with gorilla tape. I have 3 small toddlers that have already tripped and hurt their toes and fingers and I also have pictures of my eldest son with a cut from it as well (I can not attach photo) they also keep picking at all the tape when playing on the floor and putting it in their mouths. they would rather you sue them then fix the areas. that's how cheap they are. they fail to realize that it is their responsibility LEGALLY to fix and maintain the property and anything that poses a health and safety risk. it is awfully sad that I feel forced to relocate our family due to the ignorance of this company. it has drained us emotionally and has taken a lot of time out of our personal lives to have it fixed.
