What inspired you to start your own business?

Being a homeowner and a landlord has allowed myself to encounter several issue dealing with tenants, city by-laws and other landlord related problems. It allowed myself to come up with solutions rather than continuing the old traditional process of renting out my property unit. Being in the industry for several years has taught me there are When I founded Homesgate Managament Inc, I decided I could offer this new approach to all landlords and tenants. This new revitalized approach provides landlords better maintained property, improved cashflows and more control over their property. For tenants, it allows them a convenient way to residential living. With an all-inclusive approach, they pay one fixed cost per month and with no further outlays and expenses.

Our tenant placement program will have a list of pre-screened and verified tenants ready to be placed in the suitable rental unit. Once all of your units have been tenanted, Homesgate Management will handle all the tenant issues from then on.

Our online web portal allows registered account holders to view, book and make payments to their reservations. They can upload documents for verification purposes. Our internal messaging platform allows them to communicate with our team members for all inquires related to reservations. Other forms of communication can also include phone, text or email.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Since the onset of Covid-19, we ask that all resident tenants be fully vaccinated and provide proper authentication during the verification process. Our regular scheduled cleaning ensures all of our properties under management are disinfected and cleaned professionally. We do not provide any quarantined rooms for rental as this may compromise other tenants living at the premise.
