My family and I had purchased Zoom session due to the fact we are almost 4hrs away from the facility. Given the challenges of in-person gatherings these days, their virtual training sessions proved to be not just convenient but also highly effective. I recently had the pleasure of working with Friendly K9, and I cannot recommend them highly enough! From the moment I reached out for information, their team was incredibly responsive and welcoming. They took the time to understand my needs and concerns regarding my dog’s behavior and training. Seeing this was the third attempt at training i knew the questions to ask. The group sessions were engaging and informative. I love the fact they are big on positive reinforcement techniques. I was particularly impressed by how the trainers tailored the classes to fit my dog's unique personality and learning style by having certain dogs in certain groups. You can see that they genuinely care about the well-being of both the dogs and their owners. Facility was clean, safe, and well-equipped, giving off a comfortable environment. We found Amit through bark.com and the service we received was beyond our expectations. We explained that we have a large Doberman mix (80 lbs) that was struggling with leash pulling, over excitement, and nervousness around strangers. In just 3 training sessions, we saw noticeable and long lasting results. Our dog learned how to walk by our side, to not run out the front door when we open it, and a “go to bed” command which has been extremely helpful in multiple situations. Amit was a very good listener and offered a lot of great advice including tips on separation anxiety. We learned so much through this experience and we would recommend him to anyone struggling with their dog’s behavioural issues.
