From the moment I spoke with her on the phone, I knew Diane would be the perfect match for us and our nearly 4-Y.O. boxer-mix rescue pup, Sherpa. In just 3 sessions, we have seen an unimaginable improvement from Sherpa.
We didn't know entirely what to expect as we had never had formal training before, but Diane is so great at training both Sherpa and us (my partner and I) so that we are best equipped to take over ourselves when Diane isn't around. She takes the time to explain *why* certain changes are important, which makes the experience easier for us.
Diane also encouraged us to take her advice however we please, and to use the tips that we found that would help us help Sherpa the most. We are so grateful for not feeling pressured, nor feeling like we were doing things wrong because it wasn't exactly how Diane was doing it.
Sherpa's improvement has already blown us away, and we are so excited to continue to implement everything that Diane has taught us to be successful with Sherpa's challenges.

They did a great job with our zoo, from feeding, cleaning and playing with our 2 tortoises, to giving medicine to a senior cat to making friends with our new kitten. We have used them three times now, and are super happy to know everyone is in good hands. We love the picture updates they send every couple of days. 1 would give 6 out of 5 stars if I could!
