I was a geologist for many years and then had my babies. The prospect of going back to work in the oil and gas industry didn't leave much room for family time and after having worked so hard to get my health back on track post baby, I really wanted something that fit with the life I envisioned for my children. I went back to school for nutrition, inspired by my journey as a mom, and when I graduated I explored the option of working for clinics and other practitioners but in my heart I new that to support my clients the way I would want to be supported, I needed to start something on my own.

Absolutely! Since 2020 we have been 98% on-line over Zoom or phone calls and have had such great success as clients can be located anywhere and do not have the hassle of traffic or parking!
