It was during my 11th year in the Automotive Sector back in 2012 when I realized that I was destined to "teach, train, and tutor" (T3) others because I was finding that whenever I asked Clients / Guest that I was engaging with, how their vehicle search experience was, they usually replied with "terrible"!
This didn't make me feel good to hear because without the Client / Guest, we don't have a business!
In August 2012 Peter Herbert Consulting Services (dab T3 Engagement & Sales Development) was born and I enjoyed traveling the Country working with Teams and helping them provide much better experiences for their Clients / Guests and also helping them understand the psychology of sales and how to properly follow "The Process"!
March 2020 was the beginning of COVID and I was just starting to branch out to other Sectors, but I didn't want to travel or do Zoom any more, and so in December 2023, I decided to close the business and return to the Automotive Dealership arena.
In July 2024, I decided to start the business again and have branched out to the Retail, Hospitality, and Speaking Engagements Sectors, in addition to the Automotive Sector.
What makes me most different from other "trainers" is the fact that I can spend the time with you and your Team(s) in a Classroom sharing ideas, but them I am very happy to take those teachings to "the Floor" and actively engagement and work with your Clients / Guests.
I practice what I preach and have no qualms "doing" what I ask you and your people to do, with you!
