Find a Massage Therapist in Kamloops

Erik has been my massage therapist for about 2 years now. He has helped me heal from a couple shoulder injuries. He has also helped improve my mobility and decreased my overall muscle tone which has greatly helped me in CrossFit. It's also been a great stress relief seeing Erik on a regular basis. I would recommend you book a session with him.

Wonderful atmosphere, staff always cheerful and efficient. Dr. Rob’s treatments have really helped my migraines and other body issues! Have had massages with Nick and he’s awesome!

Every time I go , I feel as though I am being cared for by people that are working to make me better, that are working to fix me ,unlike the treatment I get from my govt. appointed McDoctor. Western medicine suggested the only way to heal a bad shoulder was to operate....4 visits here and it's like someone gave me a new arm. I find myself anxiously awaiting my next appt. I cannot express my gratitude enough here , but encourage anyone to at least try Blue and White.

So it took me a week to write this review but I'm here now. Lol. So Escape Day Spa was a wonderful experience for me. The ambiance was warm ,inviting,calming and just overall very welcoming. Carly did my pedicure/manicure and did a beautiful job. She was enthusiastic,friendly and so kind. She definitely makes me want to come back and do it again. I have only had one pedicure in my life time,a year ago now,and I thought that was nice. However this visit to Escape to have both hands and nails done was truly an escape from everyday stressors,which is so important in these troubled times. The colours on my nails were beautiful and the massage was calming. The products used seem to me to be high quality,leaving both my hands and feet feeling softer than ever. One thing I know is when I do go back I must have Carly as my spa attendant, because regardless of the high quality products and the ambiance,she is what made this visit a success. I have a tight budget and normally would never treat myself to something like this,but now I must make room in the budget for a quarterly visit. Carly, I will be seeing you in June. If you haven't been to Escape ,do it now. Practice some self care. This is truly a good way of doing that.
