Chasity definitely knows what she's doing and it shows. Throughout the massage she let me know what she was doing and why. I found it very comforting to know what she had discovered. It was unique that she could explain to me what my symptoms were likely indicators of, and what may have caused them, but also what could be done to correct them. I've never had a massage therapist provide stretch recommendations afterwards, which was definitely appreciated and I plan to do them. To top it off she was very easy to have a conversation with � if you've got pain give her a try!
