I made an appointment and was delighted by the service I received the next day... Scott took the time to figure out what was going on and to address to the best of his abilities throughout the visit.I really appreciated how he explained everything he was doing and why....he dug into to some sensitive but crucial spots that helped to release the tension I'd been holding. I knew when I left that things were feeling looser, but 4 hours later I can confirm that my locked up muscles are more free-wheeling! Will continue to visit Scott on my regular visits to Calgary -he is the real deal! Thanks!And one day later I can confirm that things are MUCH better than before my appointment yesterday! Outstanding! I've visited a number of massage therapists around Edmonton, and Dayren seems to be the perfect fit for my needs. Not only is the location convenient, with free parking nearby, but Dayren is a true professional. The room is clean and setup so that it creates a welcoming environment. The appointments always start on time, and Dayren doesn't shortchange the timeslot like others do sometimes. She is attentive to the needs of my muscles, and will even offer insights into stretches and exercises I should do at home (I just need to start doing those haha). Dayren is a very kind and caring individual. She communicates well and creates a personalized experience. She is also emotionally intelligent -- if you want to converse with her during the session, she will reciprocate, but if you prefer to be treated in silence, she won't force a conversation. She has helped immensely with a longstanding back issue I've had, and I plan to continue visiting Dayren as my go-to massage therapist.

The staffs there are nice and the clinic is nice and clean; however, they are lacking communication. I have been coming here for shockwave treatment a number of times for my mommy wrist (right wrist) last year. Unfortunately my left wrist starting to hurt, so i came in again in December for shockwave treatment, but the price went up from $150 to $250 since the last time I saw them in September and they didn’t even warn me about it. I didn’t know about the price change until I was paying for it after the treatment. I’ve been having shockwave treatment all around town probably 10 times in total for my right wrist for it to be functional; therefore, used up all my insurance benefits. $100 increase in price is significant and they should warn their patients about it. If I have known the price is $250, I wouldn’t have done this last treatment. The treatment helps and my wrist always feel slightly better each time but you have to get like 10 treatments for it to work and $250 per treatment is a lot of money. My wrist pain reduced by almost half after the first treatment but it only lasted for a week and now it’s bad again. So... keep in mind it may take 10 treatments for it to be effective.
