WHY I DO WHAT I DO:
I absolutely love what I do because it aligns perfectly with my passion and purpose in life as well as my top core values. Ever since I was a young child, I always believed we are put on this earth to make a difference not just take take take and then die.
Helping others identify and overcome the patterns and behaviours I once suffered from brings purpose to my pain. I used to feel like I was a victim but now I clearly see it was all meant to be! Every painful event and ‘mistake’ needed to happen so that I could have the empathy required to want to help others as well as the knowledge, skills and experience needed to teach them exactly how to make the changes they need to make to live the life they want to live.
I truly believe there are no coincidences in life. If you are here, we are meant to work together.
I suffered severely from anxiety and then slipped into depression. I was seeing a psychologist however talk therapy was not effective for me. I turned to self help and was fascinated with everything I started learning about the mind and our emotions.
It wasn't long after my passion grew and lead me to take practitioner certification level courses in order to go deeper. I couldn't learn enough. I am now certified as a Life Coach, Master Hypnotist and Advanced Member of BrainWorking Recursive Therapy.
As time went on my passion grew even more and lead me to working with people so they could end their suffering and start living their life as well! A majority of the population suffers from negative emotions and don't even realize it's a choice.
That's where knowledge about the mind and emotions is invaluable. Once you take the unknown out of what you're experiencing, it is so much easier to effect change!

As someone who was going through intense feelings of fear and indecision in my life that were resulting in panic attacks, I felt I could benefit from taking a deeper dive into my subconscious with hypnotherapy. I've used running, yoga and brethwork to help me with these feelings, but hypnotherapy allowed me to access deeper layers of my emotions. I had some fear of diving into the unknown with being hypnotized, but Shea's kind and gentle approach allowed me to feel safe in this new process of discovering different parts of myself. Shea provided me with a peaceful and intriguing adventure with my higher self, past lives and subconscious. My sessions with Shea left me with a great sense of clarity and peace. I felt notably well rested after each session. Since working with Shea, i have felt much more at peace with my anxieties, and haven't had any more panic attacks. He allowed me to feel safe enough to fully surrender to the experience, and always followed up to see how I was integrating after each appointment. I have very much enjoyed working with Amritha. In our counselling she is always attentive and present. She is an attentive listener and works hard to understand my dilemma by asking questions and taking notes and reflecting back to me her understanding of the situation. I think that she does truly care about the outcome of our sessions together.

I didn’t know anything about life coaching until I read “Eat, Pray,Love”. After reading the book, I decided that I need to try life coaching. This is how I met Disha. I enjoyed very much the sessions with Disha. Sometimes I miss those sessions. She is very calm and easy to open up to her. Disha’s coaching and guidance helped my boost my confidence, have a calmer and more positive attitude in life. She changed my life! I enjoy the techniques I learned from Disha, and every day I am more grateful for Disha’s teachings, support and guidance. Thank you, Disha!
