I felt STUCKED for more than a year before I started to explore working with a coach. I felt I couldn’t get anything done, I wasn’t happy at work but couldn’t find a new job anywhere else and I was anxious about everything including my long-term financials and health, etc. A month after losing my job, I finally scheduled free consultation sessions with three coaches to see how things go. Richie was the first coach I spoke with and was also the calmest and most organized one! He spent the entire session listening to my story while clarifying things and asking questions. Although I didn’t have answers to some of the questions, I wasn’t intimidated or overwhelmed by them. I felt Richie was very patient in helping me exploring them. Given the stage I was at, I just couldn’t answer them during the session. However, his questions worked magic after the session. I felt so much clearer couple days later (with a rough goal and what I should be working on short-term vs. long-term)! Richie was also very clear about his various packages and what he recommended for me. As a person who has never worked with a coach before and was very lost then, I didn’t know what I needed. (I wasn’t even sure if coaching would help… and both other coaches I spoke with asked ME to choose the level of services and weren’t very clear about their packages.) The decision of working with Richie was easy! I looked forward to EVERY session since I felt clearer and clearer each time! I accomplished a lot during and in between my sessions with Richie (of course I couldn’t have done it without his guidance). Both my husband and I saw the changes in me! I especially enjoyed the breathwork sessions Richie guided me through. I was a bit nervous going into the first one, but I felt so much relief, love and joy! It’s beyond words. You’d need to experience yourself! As Richie told me when we first met, the coaching and breathwork sessions DEFINITELY helped me (and are worth all my investments)! I’m now confident I have the required tools to achieve my goals. If I ever feel stuck or lost again, I will reach out to Richie for further help!

For me, I realized that internal conflicts arose from the misalignment between my beliefs and actions. To be happy and perform better in life, I needed to reset that alignment. Richie was an invaluable support during a period where I was adjusting to some life changes & challenges.
