I have only positive things to say about our experience with Home Options Made Easy. Our kitchen needed a major renovation and we also wanted new floors throughout the main floor. From their first visit to our home Luke and Jisha were able to bring to life what we envisioned for our home. Then their design process just took that to the next level with a picture of a kitchen that was more than we could have imagined with great elements that we would not have thought of that really made the difference. Then the work began. Every contractor, worker that came into our home was professional, friendly, and did quality work. John and his team were great to work with. Again, professional, friendly, always willing to let us know what was being done, answering our questions. John always kept us informed with what was going to be done next and when, and ensured only quality work was being delivered. He engaged us in the process and we always felt he and his team were focused on what was important to us. We really felt they went the extra mile for us. We also appreciated the check ins by Luke and Jisha to see that work was on track and meeting the original design. Overall as I said, I have nothing but positives to say about this overall experience and the incredible result. We have a beautiful kitchen now open to our dining room, living room better than we had imagined when we entered into this journey and beautiful floors throughout. We are delighted with the outcome!
