Residential interior designers are responsible for the layout, design, and decoration of residential building spaces. I offer project management services to run alongside and in the lead up to an interior design project. This is subject to availability and how busy we are, but it’s always great to be involved in a project from the very beginning. This can bring really exceptional results. It’s also helpful for clients who have busy jobs. Having one go-to person for all project queries helps to ensure efficiency, consistency and focus, so that nothing is missed.

The York Brooks Design team was very thought throughout the entire development and design process. We contacted Kelly and his team to assist us with a development permit that lead into a BP and design package. They worked great with our municipality and executing our requests.
