Jilaine was very quick to respond to an urgent HR / employment issue. We were initially on the fence about using a consultant and thought that we could manage alone (with the help of Google). Boy am I glad that we hired her. In addition to sharing important elements of employment law, she offered a very human touch to a difficult situation. Her support was 100% practical and immediately applicable by providing a letter template and speaking notes. Her advice was professional and sound. Without her help, we would have mismanaged the issue and exposed ourselves to potential legal issues. She went way above and beyond for us, working over a holiday to help us resolve our issue in a very timely way. I would highly recommend her service.
