What do you love most about your job?

What i love most about my job is the fact that I'm always doing something different, the never gets boring.

What inspired you to start your own business?

My dad was a general contractor. I became a student of the renovation field at a very young age. Then I worked my way up over the years. At 18 years old i was running 5 man crew for my dad. Now he is retired, so i started my own thing. The advantage being, i've learned from all the common mistakes he made and applied that to my company.

Why should our clients choose you?

Our work speaks for itself, if they want a contractor that will not take shortcuts to save a few bucks, then they'll want Sullivan Handyman on their project.

Can you provide your services online or remotely? If so, please add details.

Not currently, Not a bad idea to have a handyman app and walk clients through small easy projects on their own.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

First we protect ourselves with mask and gloves, second we ask them for as much information about their project as possible either on the phone, or email pictures, This will limit our time onsite for estimates. We have in some cases, offered payment plan of three or four payments over a period of time to allow for some financial relief by not having to cover the usual 50/50 split between deposit and conclusion payments.
