After interviewing five different eavestroughs service providers, we chose Alitor Services to replace our 30+-year-old gutter system. During the interview process, they demonstrated a very high level of professionalism - knowledgeable, punctual, patient, honest, and transparent. They provided us two options with a plan for potential surprises after an onsite evaluation and clearly explained how each option works. They were never pushy and respected the fact that potential clients need time for other interviews and decision making. Alitor Services is run by a father-and-son team - Geraldo (father) looks after labour service and Claudio (son) handles communications and payments. We personally prefer smaller companies like them where the owner is the most knowledgeable and experienced and works onsite to lead and supervise the quality of their work. The result proves our decision was correct - they came on time and finished the project within the estimated period; the workmanship is outstanding; and the communication with us was practised with clarity and honesty throughout the entire process. Called last minute to get an estimate on a roof repair. My roof has been leaking since the last rainstorm and I needed an emergency visit. They came, on time, on the day schedule, gave a fair price for the repair needed and completed the project in 1-day later in the week. Based on good customer service, fair pricing, and quality of work, I would give them 5-stars.
