What do you love most about your job?

I love details! I have always been a stickler for details and have found that this attention to the finer points has been tremendously helpful in helping my professional career, and those businesses, succeed.

What inspired you to start your own business?

I have always wanted to work for myself, and the recent pandemic and work shortages that most people have been experiencing pushed me to take the first step. I admire those who work for themselves and wake up doing what they love to do each day, and it makes me so happy to get to do that for myself, while helping others.

I am honest and fair, and truly looking to make the best out of your documents. Whether it be transcribing a medical dictation, entering data and figures to save you time, or proofreading a blog post before it's published, I can take care of the details.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

As a new business, I have been able to adopt safety protocols from the very beginning. Given that COVID-19 has changed the landscape of so many businesses this year, if needed, virtual appointments or phone calls can be arranged, and all documentation transfers will be done online to limit passing physical items/documents back and forth.
