We brought our 10 week old puppy to Gabby for training because we wanted to make sure we knew how to properly teach him to become a "civilized" dog and we were very impressed with her expert knowledge and understanding of dogs. The moment we walked in, Gabby greeted our puppy and he took an immediate liking to her. She quickly demonstrated to us how to communicate with dogs so that they listen to you all the time instead of whenever they feel like it. She uses strictly positive reinforcement techniques and they work like a charm. Not once during our three lessons did she have to scold or punish our puppy in any way. She was in command of his actions without having to resort to anything but communicating with the dog with her voice and body language. We've covered lots of topics, such as teaching our puppy how not to chew on our shoes, how to "manipulate" him to exhibit the behaviors we like, how to potty train him, how to play brain games to both entertain and occupy him, and many other things. In addition, Gabby has an amazing dog with her during training in order to help socialize your puppy. His name is Albear, she'll tell you why;). He's a BIG dog, but so gentle with puppies. He tried to interact with our puppy even when the latter was so scared of him that he kept running away and hiding inside the enclosure of a stool chair. Eventually, Albear lowered himself to be the same height as our little baby and he finally stopped being afraid. This is how smart Albear is -- he goes out of his way to make friends and is a great mentor to less trained dogs.So if you have a new puppy and aren't already an expert in training dogs, even if you've already had another dog previously like me, then I recommend you pay Gabby a visit.

I really enjoyed Zoe's teaching methods. She worked through everything in a methodical way and I felt like she really tried to maximize our time with her. We have seen an improvement in our dog's reactivity towards other dogs. I appreciated that what Zoe taught us can be continued without her but that we can also call her up for a refresher course if we need to. I also enjoyed having someone to answer all of my dog related questions. I have and will continue to recommend Zoe to any of my friends who are looking for dog training.

We brought our King Charles Cavalier Spaniel, Scooter, to Muzo to play while we were on vacation in Montreal for a week. Each morning he was so excited to go play with the puppies, he would pull us to the door. It was a wonderful feeling to relax and enjoy the city knowing our dog was having fun and was extremely well taken care of. The people at Muzo are professional, caring, friendly, and courteous. We were given a tour of the entire facility and it is immaculate. We will absolutely return to Montreal and when we do, Scooter will return to Muzo to play with his new friends.
