My name is Saro Boghozian and I am the owner of Jonah’s Ark Doggie Centre in North Vancouver where I run and operate my own dog playcare plus I provide dog training using “play and praise” dog training system. I operate this tail-wagging business alongside my wife, Yoko and my Beagle, Harvey. We recently lost our older dog, Jonah the Beagle, who we had named our business after in his honour.

Not just a place to leave your dog and have her physically tired. Lisa and her team provide a mentally stimulating environment for your dog, with structured play, training, and down time. The results we've seen in our adolescent rescue dog are amazing, She is calmer and happier in general. And she cannot wait to get through the gates and see her people and doggie friends on her DDDC days!

Do you have any issues with training your dog? Is your dog reactive? Does he have an issue with recall? Do you want to have the best partner for life that you can count on? I am from the Czech Republic where I worked as a dog trainer, I have trained dogs big and small and they became the best partners for life. I know that is not an easy task, but with some training, you can achieve anything.

Blu, the naughty 5 part mutt, loves Yoko and her classes. He is putty in her hands and has learned how to get his owner to do exactly what she is supposed to do, so that he does as he is told. That is, Yoko has taught Blu's owner how to communicate with him so that he understands. Louie is a King Charles Spaniel/ beagle mixture and, although pretty obedient, has learned that he can do way more than he thought. He is now well behaved and has increased the size of his brain immensely under Yoko's tutelage. Yoko is a wonderful trainer; she LOVES dogs and is absolutely respectful of both them and their owners. She meets you where you and your dogs are and then gradually teaches you ~both to enhance your human-canine relationship and provide the knowledge for you and your dogs to understand each other and your mutual needs. She laughs easily, makes you fall in love with your dogs and provides lots of homework. I really enjoy playing with my dogs as we seriously learn from Yoko.
