‘20 Certificate of Excellence

My mission is to help clients develop the skills needed to cope with life's challenges, to give clients the hope of freedom from anger, fear, and tension that reduces their enjoyment of life. I provide general counselling in the areas of anger management, trauma, stress management, anxiety, grief and loss, communication, counselling for family, marriage and couples strategies for coping with life changes. There is alcohol abuse education with emphasis on the effects of alcohol abuse on the brain and the body and on relationships. I provide a warm, nonjudgmental, respectful, environment where you can safely share your experiences, begin to experience emotional healing and take back control of your life. I have extensive experience in individual and group anger management and alcohol abuse, including court mandated orders, domestic violence education, parenting, stress management. Sometimes hurts and old emotional wounds resurface threatening to destroy the stability of a relationship. I help couples to focus on re-establishing trust, open communication, and reduce conflicts.
