We have more than 25 yrs experience in incorporating evidence based clinical theories and time-tested holistic approach in supporting the clients to actualize their true potential. We assist clients with Spiritual methods, Mindful practices, and Scientific approach. Our theories and techniques include existential, cognitive, emotional, and modern therapies for mental, physical, and emotional well-being.

Beginning. It can be uncomfortable to begin, many excuses will arise, I know this because I’ve been there, I hit rock bottom and leaned into courage to begin my journey. This, deepens my intention, always leaning into love, cultivating space for you to feel safe in our sacred container. As women to lean into the unknown, beginning to explore emotions, with soft accountability as the do their inner work to create deep transformations the embody presence, joy and reconnect to their heart, their intuition!

I combine traditional talk therapy methods with a variety of holistic modalities best suited to each individual client. We work collaboratively to achieve healing and wellness of the WHOLE person: physical, mental, emotional, social, and spiritual. I am also the only certified Trame Vibrational Therapy practitioner in Kamloops. Trame is a non-invasive hands-on treatment originating from Europe that uses quantum physics and alchemy to help with a wide range of conditions, including chronic pain, anxiety/depression/PTSD, digestive issues, mental clarity and communication, stress reduction, asthma, eczema, and much more.

I am a Registered Clinical Social Worker (RCSW) with 19 years experience working in mental health. I opened my private practice in 2013 in Kamloops, previously working in the public sector.
