We had an amazing dinner in the Cyprus Room at Chances RimRock last night! Wonderful new flavours on the menu. We started with yummy Panko prawns and sweet chill dip. I had the Bacon Jam Burger with provolone cheese, bacon jam,artisan greens, & roasted garlic mayo on home baked kaiser bun. I added the Quinoa, Beet & Spinach salad with arugula, carrots, edamame, & mint honey vinaigrette. A tantalizing new experience of flavours! The other guests had the Mediterranean Stuffed Chicken Breast, Ribs & Chicken, and Prime Rib dinner. Everyone was raving about their choices! Dessert was their famous homemade cheese cake. Wine expertly paired with our meal. The service was impeccable and the atmosphere upscale. I highly recommend this restaurant for lunch or dinner.
