I utilized the Wright service for a move-in/out end-of-tenancy cleaning. After speaking with Nicole, who initially scheduled my services, I realized this is a professional cleaning company, so the pricing is slightly higher than that of an independent cleaner. My previous experiences with individual cleaners were unsatisfactory, prompting me to seek a reputable company with reasonable rates. One notable aspect of this service is that payment is not required until after the cleaning is completed. On the same day, you have the option to pay via cash, debit, credit, or e-transfer, with cash or e-transfer offering a slight discount. Additionally, they provide the choice of a video call post-cleaning for us to inspect the property or a walkthrough video. The team that conducted the cleaning was both efficient and professional. The property was left in a filthy state from our last tenancy, but I was amazed at how everything sparkled after the Wright cleaners finished. From the baseboards to the fridge and oven, everything was immaculate. We were extremely pleased with the results and felt the price was justified. We will certainly engage their services again for all our future move-out cleanings and highly recommend them.
