When I began my journey with Gita I was feeling insecure and always afraid to say no to anyone. The fear of rejection or being judged prevented me from feeling comfortable in situations. I was honest with her, and as an objective observer, she guided me to understand that I was judging myself unfairly. "Take a breath and give yourself a moment".....and it worked. Just chatting with Gita and having her tell me that it was obvious I was a good person, but I needed to view situations with "ME" in mind first, changed my attitude. My confidence has returned and I find just moments of mindfulness allow me evaluate decisions, keeping me in mind, and I am more calm and can actually say no, without guilt. I am happier, as is my husband, with the new me and feel so grateful for Gita.
