It is evident that lots of love and labour is put into the food. Constant brining, smoking and curing of all proteins, homemade sauces, etc. The sides that I have tried have been quite good. The fries were actually seasoned (a rarity in Whitehorse) and the beans were solid. The food is not cheap but the portions are sizable so the overall value is fairly good. Expect to pay between approximately 15-22 $CAD without a drink. Staff were extremely friendly and warm.The food truck is parked in a downtown park in Whitehorse. While it is certainly nice to be able to go outside to eat on nice days, this will be an annoyance during poor weather as well as all the seating in the park seems to get occupied by childrens' backpacks during the lunch hour (for some reason?!?!). I will definitely be a return customer.
