EC Catering serviced my barn wedding (where there was no kitchen) and the food was upscale, cooked to perfection--and probably the best steak I've ever had. The professionalism and passion is through the roof. Anyone who is contemplating a caterer you've hit the jackpot here. Thank you doesn't come close to the appreciation I have for this company.

Great prices. Healthy sized portions. Friendly staff. That's what we get every time we go to Dr J's. Love the smokehouse foods - pork, chicken, beef. Usually has a table open with not long waits for food or drink. TVs have games on. Sometimes live music. Haven't had a meal there that I haven't liked the 4-5 times I've been there over the past three years. Good job Dr J's!

I grew up in the restaurant industry. My parents owned a Chinese restaurant and although I had aspirations to pursue a career in medicine, the food and beverage industry pulled me back in when I was attending University. By my final year, I knew I wanted to make a legitimate career out of the hospitality industry. I opened Hanoi House in February, 2020 since then our business has grown so much we're reading to take on more.
Electric City Catering is a division of Hanoi House and I'm so excited to offer off-site services while providing a more familiar menu to the local community.
