Good Eats Cafe provides eclectic, healthy and variable food options for the most discerning eaters; for breakfast, lunch, dinner and late night snacks. Everything is made in-house from the different breads, sauces, dressings the baking and even the nut butters. We accommodate all food intolerances with finesse. We have developed our own gluten free bread and wrap recipes and incorporate gluten free options whenever possible in our baking and sauce recipes.

We take pride in serving the finest Mediterranean cuisine, featuring homemade and authentic dishes from Syria, Lebanon, and Iraq. At Vittle we are a catering and meal prep company that works directlt with our clients to create a unique menu and experience for your events. We can offer corporate catering, weddings, lunch and dinner parties and everything in between. We’ve found that a lot of companies will try to fit your event into a structured box which works for them but may not work for you. Our goal is to work with our clients to allow them to actually enjoy their event and remove the stress from your day.

BanhMiYes™ is the first and only one in Ottawa to make banh mi, Vietnamese sandwiches, from scratch. We bake every morning, and we cook all products in-house. We are young, professional, agile, and innovative. We started as entrepreneurs in a commercial kitchen in Kanata during Covid. With lots of sweat, tears and even blood, we are growing as one of the best Vietnamese sandwiches in town.
