Chef Jon put on a stunning evening for my parent’s 40th wedding anniversary on Wolfe Island. He was so kind to travel and figure out the ferries in order to ensure he was here on time. He made up a fabulous 4 course meal, which impressed everyone in the room. The food was inventive, fresh, and perfectly prepared. He walked us through each course and shared some interesting culinary education as we went. He also left the kitchen cleaner than he found it. The communication was always fast and clear. Tremendously good value!
