What do you love most about your job?

Without a doubt, helping Contractors and Tradesmen with the entrepreneurial aspect of running their business. Most of them are top-notch tradesmen but handling or delegating the office work is a whole different ball game.

Our clients often aren’t aware of or ignore how effective the new tech is. It lets them handle remaining admin tasks faster, cut costs, and free up their evenings and weekends.
This means they can spend more time completing jobs or with their family, rather than drowning in paperwork.

What inspired you to start your own business?

When I (Rosemine) was expecting my daughter, I knew I didn’t want to return to the grind of the corporate world after my maternity leave. I wanted to stay involved in supporting our household but also be there for my growing family.

After earning my bookkeeping diploma, I recognized an opportunity to start a business dedicated to supporting Contractors and Tradesmen. It perfectly aligned with my passion for helping others.

My spouse Hugo joined me on this journey, bringing over 25 years of experience in customer service, technology, and marketing. He’s a quick learner and an invaluable part of our team.

Together, we make a strong team dedicated to helping you with the back office side of things so you can focus on getting more jobs done.

What changes have you made to keep your customers safe from Covid-19?

Since we were already set up as a virtual bookkeeping firm before Covid-19, we didn’t need to make major changes.
We’ve always conducted our meetings over the phone or with Zoom, so there’s no need for face-to-face interactions.

All your receipts and documents are securely transmitted through the Cloud using receipt management software.
This means you can send us everything you need without having to worry about in-person exchanges or handling physical paperwork.
