As a licensed property manager, I have hired many trades over the years and Hoda at Irenoit is the perfect example of a great tradesman. He went above and beyond to ensure the job was done perfectly, while I was managing the project remotely. He provided many progress videos and pictures as I requested. Mr. Cooper was excellent and someone i trusted right away. His level of service, support, transparency and experience made the whole washroom rebuild process easy and stress free. I've worked with other contractors and have had bad experiences, but working with the KBR team was completely different. Mr. Cooper will definitely be my go to on over projects for this property and I would recommend 10/10 to anyone else looking for a professional they can trust throughout the whole process.
