Excellent trainer. Trains clients based on any health issues e.g arthritis etc, modifies exercise programs based on specific needs and requirements. Takes lot of care to make sure clients are doing the exercises properly. Always changes the exercise patterns to make sure body does not get used to the exercises . Very professional and takes pride in his job and outcomes for the client. Very reasonable rates and very knowledgeable. Excellent overall , would highly recommend as a personal trainer.
