I’ve previously had good work done in my home so I had a good level of expectations. Sergiy far beyond exceeded them!! My wife and I wanted to remove all carpeting from 3 bedrooms, a hallway and 3 level staircase. We wanted to install laminate and have the staircase redone with new posts, steps, railings and balusters. I posted my initial request on Bark and then Homestars and within 5 minutes I got a call from Sergiy. He was polite and was respectful and offered to come out same day. He was able to start work the next day, offered great samples, explanations, advise and education along the whole process. His price was very good compared to others and his workmanship was beyond anything I’ve seen by a previous contractor in my home. His care to detail, his manners, his cleanliness, his professionalism and his helpfulness was beyond anything we could expect. He stayed exactly on his quoted price and the work done was worth twice the price. He has transformed our home. I am sure he will do the same for yours. Sergei is a professional. He is easy to talk to and helped us understand newer options (eg prefinished flooring vs unfinished which then has to be sanded and finished) for our living room floor. He kept us up to date when he ordered the material and was able to schedule our job within a couple of days. Our room is 12 x 17 and he completed the work in 2 days.
