Working with Steve and his team was fantastic. I hired SCCB to build a house and a large garage on two separate properties, and years apart.
Both times SCCB has been consistent in providing exceptional service and outstanding build quality. I've had builders from out of town randomly comment on the exceptionally solid work performed by SCCB. I also like that they have solutions for issues that arise during a build that are outside of their scope. A tree that needed to be taken down, no issue, extra fill needed to be hauled off, no issue. You cant help but fall into a perfectly built house/garage with SCCB on board. One thing that impressed me was how the entire SCCB team worked through an insane heatwave and not once wavered on quality, you could see if you took a step back that they were fueled on pride and would not let a little heat deviate them from the promised timeline.

SCCB Construction has been in business since 2005. What started as a small scale building operation now incorporates a package that allows the entirety of your project to fall within the companies scope. What inspired you to start your own business?
SCCB Construction specialized in custom timber frame pieces prior to growing into what it's become today. Our company owner Steve Coulson believed the most logical way to successfully bring a project to life, was to keep everything logistically under one roof.
