PSW to the Rescue are AMAZING! After spending 9 weeks in the hospital my mom returned to the retirement home. She slept
23 hours a day and ate very little. I called PSW to the Rescue on a Sunday afternoon. Vanessa came later that day and has been assisting my mom at lunch and dinner for less than a week. In this short period of time Vanessa was able to get my mom eating in the dining twice a day and going for daily walks. I find Vanessa incredibly attentive, caring and loving. PSW to the Rescue really rescued our family when our 94 year old stepmother contracted COVID at Christmas 2022. They were available immediately to help her follow the isolation protocol at her retirement residence. They provided cheerful, friendly people who carried out their duties in a caring fashion. They were easy to contact via text messages. One one occasion when they were having trouble finding staff one evening they gave us good notice and in the end managed to find someone. Vanessa and her staff far exceeded our expectations. We hired them strictly to ensure our elderly Mom didn’t leave her room at the retirement home when she contracted Covid. My Mom deteriorated very quickly and Vanessa and her team quickly changes roles, from “guards” to caregivers without us even asking.
