Before working with Cheryl I struggled to maintain unrealistic diets . I wanted to figure out a plan for not only to loose weight but create a healthy lifestyle. I learned so much about clean eating from her. I loved the different meal plans and selections and although it was a lot of information to follow in the beginning, I found the meal plans and instructions were easy to follow and Cheryl was also a great support. I cannot recommend Cheryl enough! When I reached out to her, I had hit a frustrating plateau in my weight loss journey. I had already made progress but felt stuck and was beginning to lose hope that I’d ever reach my goal weight. Cheryl completely turned things around for me.

I didn't know what to expect when I started looking for a nutritionist. All I knew was that I needed help to start living a healthier life. Sure i had already started my health and weight loss journey and while I had success I always felt like I was depriving my body of being its best version. Since crossing paths with Cheryl it is unbelievable the transformation I've seen. I have learned how to truly nourish my body while eating wholesome delicious meals several times a day and not depriving myself of any one food group. On top of it all I never thought I could eat 6 times a day and still lose weight. But the transformation doesn't stop there. I also built muscle I can see and feel, have tighter skin and smoother skin texture. My hair started to grown and thicken and my nails are so strong.

Cheryl has helped me see the benefits of eating a wholesome and nutritious lifestyle while being patient and understanding of the ups and downs of life.
