What’s your signature dish?
I love to cook a variety of cuisines, one of my favourite dishes I made for clients in 2024 was a slow roasted Pulled Duck Filled Pasta with Goat Cheese and microgreens.
Another favourite was the Dungeness and Lobster Cakes

How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Every month I have a select menu for each upcoming season, then we work on 3 menus together. The first menu is the initial welcome sample menu.
The second menu includes all dietary and specific menu requests from the clients.
The third and final menu is the print menu.
What do you love most about your job?
It is versatile in that I can interact with my clients more so than working in a static kitchen setting. I meet a lot of interesting people and it is good to see different walks of life; especially when people are celebrating their best moments in life through the love of food and close company.
What inspired you to start your own business?
I was always keen on having my own businesses, but this is my third business and it’s been a journey the whole way! Nothing is easy and business will always test you.
