How do you go about creating the perfect menu for your clients?
Quality and Fresh - we ONLY do quality catering. We wont give you a low quote that is unrealistic that many other chefs or catering businesses do to get your business. To us that is wrong and not what catering is about or proper service. If you get quoted low or want cheap - what do you expect to get! We cannot and wont sacrifice or lower our standards that is just not us. However, we are very fair and reasonable working with our catering clients.

What do you love most about your job?
Everything ... I know ... I know so cliché! Every client is different. Being in the kitchen and always doing something different. The challenge - of ensuring my clients and there guests have enjoyed everything. People think it's food people will just eat and enjoy - I see it different; has to be fresh, quality food made just for them.
I love being a small business where I have culinary freedom and control to go above and beyond. Where, I can do bar service along with catering.
What inspired you to start your own business?
FOOD and DRINKS - I love food everything about them - the possibilities are endless of what you can do and make

Being on set, I was asked a lot when are you opening up your own restaurant ? People really enjoy my menus, cooking, baking and catering.
